Q. I deposited without bank book, and depositor name is different!

If order entity and depositor name is different, order can’t be processed further.
Please call c/s at 1661-9226 or leave your information: Your ID, deposit date, depositor name, contact number on Homepage customer center Q&A,
We will check the status and follow up accordingly.




Q. May I change payment method after placing an order?

If the order has been shipped out, it would be difficult.
If the order hasn’t been shipped out, please cancel your order and place as new for different payment method.




Q. I deposited additional money than my order!

If your order does not match exactly as deposit, Dalgomi can’t detect further.
